How can this be possible? A week’s worth of lunches in five minutes? Well, to be honest, the five minutes is really only THREE minutes. Of work. The rest is just sitting around watching The Barclay Marathons on Netflix waiting for the crock-pot to work the magic.
This video pretty much explains it all, except what I do when it is done cooking. That will come below the video. For now, prepare to get your socks knocked off.
Ok, once it is done cooking (5 hours on HIGH, 6-8 on LOW <–ain’t nobody got time for that), remove the chicken from the crock pot and use two forks to pull the meat apart. Return to crock pot, give it a good mix, then portion it out into 5 containers that you can take/bring to work. Allow to cool completely before putting a lid on and placing in the fridge. As you can see, there are less than 400 calories per serving. BAM. Here’s a quick look at how it breaks out:
