After some thought, I’ve decided to put a new page here on the blog. You should see it up there in the bar: “A Week’s Worth of Workouts.” What is it? It is exactly that.
I’ve posted 6 days of physical exercises and one day of mental exercise for you to give a try. Thinking about getting back to the gym? These will help. Just want to get moving again, but not sure what to do? Use these as a guide.
Each set of exercises will likely take less than half an hour to complete, eliminating the “i don’t have time to exercise” excuse. No equipment? No problem. None needed.
No space? No problem. These can all be done within the space of a beach towel or yoga mat.
Give them a look-see, or better yet, give them a try. If you don’t know what one of the moves is, google it, or shoot me a message and I’ll get back to you.
